During this stage of the onboarding experience, we also provide a helpful checklist with any requirements necessary for your team to complete before we move to the next milestone. The onboarding checklist helps to ensure your environment is properly configured to maximize the effectiveness of your new LTC pharmacy software.

Hardware & IT Requirements

After the initial discovery and design step, we focus on hardware and IT requirements, such as any necessary changes or updates to your pharmacy’s server, database, or computers. We provide comprehensive, remote billing training after launch day so that it coincides with your pharmacy’s first and second billing cycles. Our team will follow your pharmacy for two billing cycles to ensure that everything is running smoothly within the live environment and that you’re comfortable with the process.

Ongoing Support and Training

Your launch day is only the beginning. After implementation and launch, you’ll be connected with your account manager, who will take over as your primary point of contact for day-to-day questions and support. Our customer support team is available for technical issues or questions should they arise, and our call center is available 24/7. 

Additional training is always available on any topic and is strongly encouraged in order to achieve the best results. We don’t just leave you high and dry, either; our team shares regular resources to help your organization succeed.
