Overview:

As the Client Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with our Client Sales Executive in supporting our customer base by providing unmatched service, responsiveness, and expertise. You will be a devoted advocate for our customers, communicating any issues or concerns to the team and leadership, as required, so the appropriate resolution can be implemented in a timely fashion.

You will build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, connecting with their key leaders and stakeholders.  You will liaise between the Commercial Sales Team, customers, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Prospect and develop new, exciting business relationships.

  • Understand each customer's needs to provide effective solutions/resources.

  • Proactively identify and address potential areas of concern for customers; communicate with account management team to ensure swift resolution.

  • Attend SoftWriters Annual Users Conference and other travel to customer sites, as needed.

  • Support and Assist Client Sales Executive in operational tasks and duties

  • Support sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling appointments utilizing effective time and task management abilities.

  • Be knowledgeable to support product suite, including but not limited to FrameworkLTC, FrameworkECM, FrameworkVision, FrameworkFlow and FrameworkRxP.

  • Overcome objections and initiate problem-solving techniques by utilizing effective communication skills.

  • Manage upsell business contracts primarily through telephone contact and webinar meetings;

  • Provide initial scope quotation and sales proposals to the prospect and continue successful closing sales efforts.

  • Contribute information to sales strategies by identifying customer needs and requirements to be filled, monitoring competitive products and companies, and analyzing and relaying customer feedback.

  • Update the sales management (HubSpot) database daily.

  • Assist in the development of forecasting, market analysis and win/loss reports as required.

  • Gain knowledge of existing partner's products for lead generation and qualification.

  • Work closely with the Director of Partner Relations to build a qualified lead generation pipeline.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA or BS strongly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of five years of demonstrated business-to-business software sales success is required, with a strong preference toward pharmacy/healthcare experience.

  • Must demonstrate the ability to strategically prospect, speak to software capabilities and close contracts within a complex, enterprise-level sales cycle.

  • Must be a self-starter and show a positive, professional, solutions-oriented attitude.

  • Must have exceptional organization, time management, and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • High level of proficiency in customer relationship management solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail.

  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, including C-Level, IT, and business leader audiences.

  • Must be a team player.

  • Smart, inquisitive, detail-oriented and known to solve problems in unique ways.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of LTC pharmacy operations a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft technologies.

  • Experience utilizing HubSpot
