Your Role:

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will: 

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of QA Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. 

  • Drive Quality: Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing both automated and manual testing to ensure product excellence. 

  • Collaborate: Work closely with Development and Support teams to triage bug reports, reproduce issues, and ensure product quality. 

  • Innovate: Identify and implement opportunities to improve QA processes, staying ahead of industry best practices. 

  • Communicate: Keep stakeholders informed with clear and concise communication regarding testing metrics, analysis, and status. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product and system testing, including updates and new releases. 

  • Build and execute test strategies, file defect reports, and communicate issues and risks. 

  • Develop and lead the test environment strategy. 

  • Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure product effectiveness and quality. 

  • Participate in Agile sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. 

  •  Directly manage and mentor QA team members, conducting regular 1:1 meetings and monitoring productivity.  

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field. 

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience leading manual and automated testing, with a solid understanding of development processes and SDLC. 

  • Leadership Skills: At least 3 years of people management and leadership experience. 

  • Technical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in testing databases and Agile methodologies. 

  • Team Player: A positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing.
