The Role:

The Sr. TA Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the company's culture and hiring needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored job descriptions.

    • Assist in building and sustaining relationships with colleges, universities, technical programs, and outreach organizations.

    • Oversee and manage the LinkedIn Careers page, ensuring consistent branding and engagement to attract top talent.

    • Facilitate and support early career and internship programs.

  • Sourcing Candidates

    • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, career fairs, etc.) to identify and engage potential candidates.

    • Oversee and maintain job postings across multiple professional platforms to ensure visibility and attract qualified candidates.

    • Build a wide candidate funnel and build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

  • Screening and Interviewing

    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance on interview techniques and evaluation criteria.

  • Candidate Experience

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.

    • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams, addressing any questions or concerns.

    • Extends offers of employment under the direction of hiring managers and within approved budgetary guidelines.

  • Collaborative Hiring

    • Work closely with HR and department leaders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

    • Conduct market research and provide competitive market salary data to hiring managers to inform compensation decisions.

    • Participate in hiring committees and provide input on candidate selection.

  • Onboarding

    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

    • Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate training as needed.

  • Data Management and Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

    • Recommend improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (e.g., UKG, Lattice)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience in the technology, pharmaceutical, and/or healthcare industry is strongly preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
