RTZ has provided software and services to agencies like yours for more than three decades. In the early 1990s, RTZ Systems began introducing case management programs (most recording services with pen and paper) to PC-based software, enabling them to collect data and more effectively track outcomes. In 1999 they released their first web-based client management/service coordination software product – a decade before the term “cloud computing” became commonplace.
