Meet SoftWriters' Team Member Dorothy Green

While each team member plays a critical role in helping customers meet and exceed pharmacy goals, one employee regularly goes above and beyond the call of duty. Meet Dorothy Green, a dedicated Implementation Specialist known for her depth of product knowledge, customer support, and mission-driven mindset. Get to know Dorothy and what she loves about working at SoftWriters:

How would you describe your role at SoftWriters?

My job as an implementation specialist is to assist customers with implementation and training on our FrameworkLTC suite of products. This also includes sharing best practices with new customers, and helping existing customers brush up on functionality they may not be taking advantage of. Typically I am traveling to each pharmacy for launch, however this year we've been able to successfully conduct implementations in a completely virtual setting. 

What is your favorite part of the job?

I love the direct interaction we have with our customers. We have such a great group of pharmacy owners and operators and I have really enjoyed getting to know and work within each of their unique pharmacy operations.

What is your favorite functionality of any of our products?

My favorite FrameworkLTC function is Flash Rx – Resynchronize Batch. This function is so important because it keeps the user from having to make changes to a cycle batch manually. The Resync is both accurate and a time-saver.

What is a something many don't know about you?

Little known fact – I am part of the organization Big Brother/Big Sister. Being a BIG means that we are not only mentors but spend time doing fun things like baking contest, bowling, and golfing.
