While training is done when a new customer converts to FrameworkLTC®, there is always a chance to learn more about the system and we encourage our customers in continuing their education to stay on top of their game.
New Customer Training
New customers will discuss and build their training program with the SoftWriters team prior to the implementation process for FrameworkLTC pharmacy software. During the kick-off call, your sales rep will introduce you to our Senior Process Engineer and the implementation team, who will discuss the project plan and walk you through expectations during the conversion process.
Next, we like to spend time with the decision-makers in your pharmacy, providing an overview of the system and work with them to determine the best way to configure and utilize the software so it maximizes efficiencies within your desired workflow.
End-user training will come once your database is built and you are ready to go live, and those trainings can be focused on specific end-user functional areas.
Ongoing Training
Now that your pharmacy has been utilizing FrameworkLTC, we are happy to work with you to develop new or refresher training programs that meet your needs at any point.
