Meet SoftWriters' Team Member Michaela Spinelli

At SoftWriters, we’re constantly looking for people with a passion for solving big problems and helping others. Solutions Consultant Michaela Spinelli is one of those people. Michaela's big heart and eagerness to help both customers and team members make her an invaluable part of our team.

How would you describe your role at SoftWriters?

As a Solutions Consultant I get to help our customers with more complex issues that may arise. I also get to assist other analysts and work on specific problems.

What is your favorite part of the job?

I enjoy that every day we get to face different challenges. Since every pharmacy is unique, you need to be able to provide a solution that will work best for the individual pharmacy that you are working with. Being able to help the customer and provide them with the best solution requires listening to the customers issues and needs. Knowing that the customer is satisfied at the end of the call makes it worth it.

What is your favorite functionality of any of our products?

I like that users are able to customize the ribbon for what they use the most. This allows users to easily find the screens that are needed on a daily basis. I also enjoy that if you do not know what a screen does, you can click F1 on the screen and it will open the user guide to that page.

What do you like to do for fun?

I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Nancy Williams from Payless had this to say about Michaela, “Very satisfied with Michaela – she is awesome and always gets to the root cause of the problem.”

March 2021 update:

Michaela Spinelli has been promoted to Senior Solutions Consultant. Michaela joined SoftWriters in March of 2017, and has established deep knowledge across our application suite, supporting many of the more complicated billing challenges that our customers face. She earned her Sage Certification, an extremely challenging, yet valuable skillset to strengthen our expertise in that application. In her new role, she will continue to serve as a mentor to the support teams and work as a Solutions Consultant while partnering with the solution consultant team to support the IIS reporting needs. Congrats, Michaela!
