Meet SoftWriters' Team Member Steve Costantino

Hey Steve! How would you describe your role at SWI?

My title is Solutions Consultant. Within the Support Department I get to help both our customers and our support analysts when a higher level of technical support is required. I also get to work cross-functionally with other departments and team members within the organization to help make FrameworkLTC a better product.

What is your favorite part of the job?

My favorite part of my job is getting faced with a challenge every day. Being able to solve the issue and provide a solution, knowing that the customer is satisfied, is what I enjoy the most. I also enjoy working with everyone in the SoftWriters Family, I have some of the greatest co-workers around. The at-work and outside-of-work activities and events that management organizes are really fun! Makes SoftWriters a great place to work!

What is your favorite functionality of any of our products?

I can’t say that I have a favorite functionality because there are so many! But I like how customizable the FrameworkLTC application is, the fact that there is an option for everything and how the system can be configured differently for just about any pharmacies operations. As well as how many interfaces and vendors can integrate with the core application. I think that is really cool!

What do you do for fun?

I love spending most of my free time with my wife and children ages 3 and 6. I also enjoy any outdoor activities like golf, bike riding, running and working out, working on the house, camping - anything that gets us outside!
