The Application Support Analyst is a high-energy, dynamic problem solver responsible for providing expert technical product support to clients and troubleshooting complex software application issues quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing security measures to protect our cloud infrastructure, developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies and procedures, identifying and managing vulnerabilities across our systems, maintaining a security awareness program, and conducting security reviews of vendors.
